Our claims process

1. Contact us to request your required Claims Form
2. Send the completed form and any relevant supporting documentation or information to claims@sportsunderwriting.com.au
3. Our team will review the information before lodging the claim with Gallagher Bassett
4. Gallagher Bassett will manage the claim to completion – your clients can contact them during business hours on 1300 975 609

For policies with an inception date prior to 15/03/23, please contact the Sports Underwriting team directly.
